Crafted by master coppersmiths at a family-owned workshop in the Italian Alps, the Ruffoni Historia line heats evenly to help cook your favorite dishes to perfection. Each piece is made of hand-hammered copper with a nonreactive tin lining. Crowned with sculptural lotus finials, the gratin pan and tea kettle in this set ensure elegant kitchen-to-table presentation. Set includes 1.5-qt. gratin pan and tea kettle. Crafted of hand-hammered copper for superior heat conductivity. Interiors are lined with durable, nonreactive tin. Riveted handles are made of cast bronze. Copper lids feature cast-bronze lotus finials. Gratin pan has shallow design and domed lid that are ideal for baking casseroles and roasting vegetables. Kettle lid has silicone gasket for secure fit. Oven safe to 430°F.
