What Can Be Returned:

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are in the same condition that you received them: unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for your return:

  • Incorrect Item or Change of Mind: In these cases, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will also apply a 35% restocking fee.
  • Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items: If your item arrives lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a complaint or initiate an investigation. We will provide you with all the necessary information and documentation to assist you. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage once the package has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier. We are committed to working with you and the carrier to find a solution, though.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (usually 7-14 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
