Hestan Copper Focaccia Di Recco Pan

Created in collaboration with chef Michael Tusk of San Francisco’s Cotogna, this specialized pan is part of the Hestan Artisans Collection. It’s crafted in Italy of hand-hammered copper and designed for Focaccia di’Recco – a classic Ligurian flatbread that Tusk makes with two layers of ultra-thin crispy dough surrounding a melted cheese center. Ideal for oven-to-table presentation, the pan is lined with tin for responsive heat conduction and boasts a wide, shallow profile that allows fast browning.
