Hand hammered by master Italian coppersmiths, this two-piece warmer from Ruffoni makes it easy to melt butter without burning. It’s crafted from a single sheet of copper, then lined with durable nonreactive tin. The porcelain insert is glazed allover except for the base for superior heat conduction. In addition to melting butter, the versatile pan excels at melting chocolate, preparing sauces, and heating small portions of stock or soup. Crafted of hand-hammered copper for superior heat conductivity. Interior is lined with durable nonreactive tin. Riveted handle is cast of solid bronze.
