French-made bread oven doubles as proofing vessel. Enameled cast-iron construction boasts superior heat-retention and requires no additional seasoning. Glazed inside and out in durable porcelain enamel that resists chips, scratches and stains, and won’t absorb flavors or odors. Tight-fitting dome lid traps and circulates steam to create maximum rise and crisp crust. Oven, broiler, freezer and dishwasher safe.
