Description
With an 80 mm deep aerodynamic rim profile, 23 mm internal width and efficiency-focused design, the Zipp 808 Firecrest tubeless rear wheel is all about pushing your speed to its limit.
Features
- Hookless carbon rims are compatible with tubeless tires only
- Aerodynamic 80 mm rim depth is designed for speed
- 23 mm internal rim width allows you to run wider tires at lower pressures for less rolling resistance and improved cornering grip
- Zipp’s Total System Efficiency design approach, or TSE, infuses the 808 Firecrest with new features, including a significant weight savings
- Total System Efficiency (TSE) design reduces weight and targets the 4 primary barriers to speed: wind resistance, gravity, rolling resistance and vibration losses
- ABLC Sawtooth™ dimple design helps manage airflow around the rim, contributing to a faster and more stable wheel
- German-engineered ZR1 disc brake hub with an improved seal design for more durability
- Disc brakes deliver better modulation and stopping power
- Center Lock rotor interface (lockring included)
