Engineered for dry tooling and mixed climbing, this C.A.M.P.ice tool combines an elongated handle with a ballistic-steel pick. The aggressive design and tooth configuration is fine-tuned for comps.
Features
- This ice tool is compatible with other X-Dream components, including the standard handle, interchangeable pick options and other accessories
- Comes with the Total Dry handle, which has an elongated design to maximize the interior space and extend the reach to the maximum allowed by UIAA regulations
- Unlike the standard X-Dream handle, the Total Dry handle is locked in place at the optimal position and cannot be rotated
- Compatible with the standard X-Dream handle (not included) that can be rotated between ice and mixed positions
- Comes mounted with the Total Dry 2.0 pick made from Armox Advance ballistic steel; compatible with Omni, Ice and Hard Mixte picks (not included)
- Armox Advance ballistic steel has a hardness that exceeds 60 HRC and is used with a constant 4 mm thickness for maximum strength
- Includes X-Protector Evo pick protector
- Rubberized shaft with X-Grip Evo
- Size conforms to UIAA regulations for ice climbing competitions
