Wanli S-1087 285/35R22 106V XL Performance Summer Tire

Wanli S-1087

OVERVIEW

The Wanli S-1087 is a performance and high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.

The tire provides excellent summer weather traction. While the model’s tread design and compound make it unusable in winter weather, it performs exceptionally well in dry and wet weather. The compound and the directional tread design ensure it firmly grips the road surface in such conditions, ensuring a safer driving experience. The tread’s two circumferential grooves actively resist hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire’s footprint. The enhanced hydroplaning and superb traction ensure a secure summer weather drive.

The model maintains road contact at all times. The tread design’s center rib and shoulder tread blocks improve the road contact and ensure a safer driving experience. The center rib boosts the steering responsiveness, by making it faster and more accurate, and the driving stability, by securing the tire against the driving pressure affecting it. The shoulder tread blocks upgrade the cornering ability and power with additional biting edges. The better controllability allows the tire to perform to its best high speed capability with safety.

The S-1087 promotes a longer lasting tread life. The directional tread design effectively prevents irregular tread wear formations across the tread area. The tread design evenly distributes the driving pressure across the tread area which maintains an equal tread wear throughout the tire’s life. As a result, the tire offers an extended tread life and usability.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
