The Sand Blast Kit uses the VENTURI EFFECT to draw sand through a SUCTION hose where it is expelled at high speed against the cleaning surface with pressurized water.
ADVANTAGE of wet sand blasting vs. the dry technique is that the water will draw down a blasted material as opposed to a dry vapor that spreads into the air.
OPERATION: Attach the sandblasting head to your existing pressure washer wand and insert provided metal probe into your sand source. Secure the head with 1/4 inch male quick connector plug. Position the suction hose above the sandblasting head to keep the hose dry.
Uses a DURABLE CARBIDE nozzle for increased STRENGHT and a STAINLESS steel MEG nozzle for longevity and industrial applications for use on most standard pressure washers. THICK WALL suction hose that will not collapse and ADJUSTABLE valve to vary sand intake.
Uses dry silica sand or #1 grit sand
FACT: Carbide nozzle cones are more SUPERIOR to a steel or ceramic nozzle because they are very LONG-WEARING and extremely corrosion-resistant.

IMPORTANT – KEEP THE SAND DRY! Sandblasting Kit General Instructions: Run the 25 FT sand suction hose on top of the wand lance in order to KEEP IT DRY. If sand suction hose is under the lance during operation water can run down the sand suction hose getting the sand wet, which will become heavy, and it will slow down the flow of the sand to the sandblasting head. not flow through the head. Eventually the hose will plug and the assembly will need to be cleaned and dried before using.
