OVERVIEW

The Fullway HP208 is a performance and high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire upgrades the all season weather traction. It combines the all season compound and the asymmetric tread design to boost the dry, wet and winter weather grip. The compound prevents heat build-up in high heat temperatures, while it optimizes the rubber flexibility in colder temperatures. The asymmetric tread design boosts the grip on the road surface with the optimized surface contact. The tread design’s circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint. This combination ensures a safer year round performance.

The model increases the controllability, also using the tread design. The asymmetric tread design and the flat footprint work together to maintain the tire’s surface contact throughout the tire’s performance. The better road contact upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure. The outer shoulder block placement enhances the number of biting edges gripping the road surface during cornering. These biting edges strengthen the surface grip which boosts the cornering and maneuvering capability. The asymmetric tread design with the optimized siping and block placement creates friction between the tire and the road surface at the moment of braking. This significantly shortens the braking distance, guaranteeing better driving safety.

The HP208 enhances the comfort levels as well. The asymmetric tread design features a multi-pitch variation along the tread area. This multi-pitch pattern generates a special sound frequency which cancels the sound waves created during the drive. This sound frequency prevents the road and tread pattern noise from reaching the vehicle’s cabin. As road noise does not ruin the passenger’s driving enjoyment, the tire promotes a fuel quiet and comfortable driving experience.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
