Staub Induction Multi-Cooker

To ensure precise, uniform heating, the programmable cooker combines an induction base with a ring that holds the cocotte securely in place. Just choose a cooking mode and let the machine do the rest. When your dish is ready, bring the cocotte inside its insulated ring to the table and place the duo on the heat-resistant trivet. Multitasking cooker includes induction base, insulated silicone ring and heat-resistant silicone trivet. Programmable modes include Braise, Slow Cook (High and Low), Brown, Steam, Manual Temperature and Keep Warm. Choose one-touch program – or use manual mode to customize cooking temperature. Induction base can also be used on its own with any induction-compatible cookware.
