Description
Made for rough gravel rides, this 12-speed rear derailleur from Shimano gives you the ease of wireless shifting. Its durable design holds up to hard impacts while still offering superfast shifts.
Features
- When paired with a 10-51T 12-speed cassette (not included), this rear derailleur gives gravel riders the speed, range and robustness to pursue any gravel challenge
- With built-in Automatic Impact Recovery, an impact-deflecting shape and solid pulleys, it stands up to hard impacts and still retains its lightning-quick shifting performance
- It also uses the same battery as GRX RX827, XTR M9250, XT M8250 and DEORE M6250 derailleurs, so you can swap batteries between your mountain and gravel bikes
- Offers fully wireless shifting built for rough gravel terrain
- Wide link structure, skid-plate design, durable aluminum plate and solid pulley add robustness and longevity
- RD Protection function: Automatic Impact Recovery function instantly returns the derailleur to its original position after impact
- Features Shimano SHADOW ES, a slimmer, stronger evolution of the chain-stabilizing SHADOW RD+ concept
- Protected battery is tucked safely inside an enclosed space and won’t budge even in rough terrain, while remaining easily removable for charging
