OVERVIEW

The Pirelli Scorpion Verde is a performance and high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Pirelli offers a 65,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

This model offers superb dry and wet traction, but it will not perform well in colder temperatures and winter weather. The tread pattern’s circumferential grooves channel water from beneath the tire’s footprint and resists any chance of hydroplaning. This makes the tire excellent for summer driving.

Pirelli’s EcoImpact Technology, with the optimized profile and materials, lowers the tire’s rolling resistance. This reduced rolling resistance makes the tire use up less energy for travel, which, in turn, lowers the vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. This tire is more environmentally and economically friendly.

The decreased rolling resistance combined with the asymmetric tread prevents irregular wear on the tire. It’s forced to wear out evenly, which elongates the tread life. The longer tread life enables the tire to be used for a longer period of time, which also makes it economical.
