Crafted entirely by hand, it boasts an inspired Ming-era pattern of peonies and hummingbirds in cobalt blue, which plays cool counterpart to the gold plating on the base, rim and lid handle. It makes an elegant addition to a collection of larger ginger jars or can be displayed solo on a shelf or sideboard. Hand crafted of china clay with a semi-gloss, painted finish.
