Karu 12 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven Powerful, portable oven generates same amount of heat as large wood-fired ovens. Reaches 932°F in 15 minutes and cooks authentic wood-fired pizza in 60 seconds. Extra-thick cordierite baking stone locks in heat, cooking crusts to perfection. Ideal for cast-iron skillet cooking of chicken, meat, fish, vegetables and nachos. Multiple fuel options include hardwood, lump charcoal and propane gas (requires Ooni gas burner attachment, sold separately). Custom-designed fuel tray maximizes airflow for powerful, searing flame; built-in flame keeper directs flame toward food. Removable chimney features adjustable air vent for temperature control. Stainless-steel body is insulated with ceramic fiber for maximum heat-retention. Fully insulated door has cool-touch handle.
