The Nitto NT01 Competition Rad is a radial racing summer tire, manufactured for dry competition use. The tire is DOT (Department of Transportation) Approved for the racetrack. The tire offers excellent summer weather traction. The wide footprint with the optimized groove pattern upgrades the dry and wet weather road grip at slower speeds. Nitto NT01 Competition Rad ensures first-rate dry racing performance. The tread design, tire compound and internal structure work together to enable the tire’s extreme high-speed performance. However, during competition, the tire is not recommended to be used in wet conditions. Its slick pattern only was designed to conquer dry competition courses.
