Description
With their ease of handling and strong downhill performance, these Dynafit Ridge alpine touring bindings are ideal for ambitious skimo athletes who travel at high speeds on climbs and descents.
Features
- Built on the experience from 40 years of pin bindings, the Ridge solves problems confronted by ski touring enthusiasts on the mountain
- With the aid of the patented Easy-Turn-Tech heel unit, the Ridge allows effortless rotation from climbing to downhill position
- With the wide tension fork and Step-In Side Towers, the bindings allow athletes to step into the bindings precisely
- Front Titanal® toe stopper stops the boot at the height of the pins and thus puts it in an ideal position to fasten the binding
- Time-tested Ice Breaker Pins keep snow and ice out of the inserts
- Toe piece is built so any built-up ice and snow loosens and is pushed out when stepping in—that means nothing gets in your way and you are immediately ready to go
- On the descent, this light premium binding wins points with strong performance and excellent power transfer to the ski
- Lateral and vertical release values can be adjusted from DIN 4–12
- Forward pressure of 7 mm ensures that the release value remains constant and precise even with ski deflection
- Brakes are retracted in climbing mode with your first step into the binding and are activated automatically in downhill mode
- The excenter on the toe piece and both riser heights are designed to be accessed easily with a ski pole
- Second riser level automatically moves into position as soon as the first is folded down, making it even more comfortable to access
- For hardpack and icy conditions, the Ridge binding can be used with ski crampons
- Ski crampons with the Quick-in Achse can be mounted effortlessly both from the side as well as directly from the top; ski crampons not included
- On challenging terrain, mounting from the top works more quickly and more easily
