NOTE: Please allow for extra time during the initial ice-making process out of the box. We recommended letting the machine sit for 4-24 hours before first use to let the internal coolant settle. In addition to performing a cleaning cycle before first use, fill the water reservoir and fully drain via the drain plugs for optimal performance going forward. Your first batch of ice may take up to 1-2 hours depending on temperatures around the machine. For example, in summer it may take closer to 2 hours, and in winter closer to 1 hour. After this first initial run of ice-making, the machine will operate normally going forward. If you see blue and white flashing lights, the unit is working on making your next batch of ice.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure the rear water reservoir is fully installed and inserted into the water inlet. A loose water reservoir may allow for some water leakage if not installed properly.
