The center support beam has five height adjustments from 72″ to 96″ allowing you to hang bags at various heights. The legs extend 7-1/2″ in both directions from corner for maximum stability. Shock absorbing design keeps frame stationary during vigorous workouts. Designed to hold up to a 100lb. training bag. Heavy bag not included.
