OVERVIEW

The Boto BT215 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial trailers. The tire has some SPECIAL TRAILER SIZES as well. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

The tire ensures a safer all season traction. The special ribbed tread design and the all season tire compound work together to boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The tread pattern enhances the model’s all weather road grip with the better road contact, while the tire compound keeps its flexible traction while the tires are in motion. The tread’s wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire’s footprint. The enhanced hydroplaning resistance and exceptional all weather traction ensure a secure driving experience.

The model was manufactured with a reinforced three-belt all steel construction that maintains the tire’s optimal shape under the driving and load pressure. As a result, the tire is capable of carrying and withstanding heavy loads with ease. The optimized tire shape also improves the driving safety by preventing its deformation while the tires are in motion. The better durability also actively resists damage from harming the tire’s casing, ensuring a secure year round performance.

The ribbed tread design keeps the tire’s road contact at all times, which increases its controllability. The better controllability boosts the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In other words, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the towing vehicle’s instructions, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the tire. The BT215 is a fuel efficient tire. The ribbed tread design’s optimized road contact manages to decrease the rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is the external pressure affecting the tires, that determines the amount of energy the vehicle needs to maintain the tire’s motion. The lowered rolling resistance reduces the vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, making it more fuel efficient and environmentally friendly.
