PRESSURE COOKER: Prepare food in a fraction of the time, all while retaining more natural flavors and nutrients! Pressure cooking offers two release methods. You can use quick release by manually opening the pressure release valve, or you can use natural release, allowing the cooker to cool and the pressure to drop, all on its own in a matter of minutes. BRAISE: For meat you can pull-apart with a fork, cook low and slow and use 1/4c liquid per pound when braising. SLOW COOKER: As you cut through the delicious brown crust and release that sealed-in flavor, you’ll be glad you took the first step of searing each side in a skillet. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F. Let beef rest for 3 minutes before serving.
