Recirculation mode, activates the pump to keep your water lines warm, reducing the time it takes for the hot water to arrive at the fixture. The X3® Scale Prevention Technology works by inhibiting scale formation within the heat exchanger tubing of the unit, with the built in X3® Cartridge media.
