OVERVIEW

Designed for use on sedans, minivans and crossovers, the Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring tire delivers dependable year-round traction and long wear with touring-tire ride comfort. The CS5 Ultra Touring uses a silica-rich tread formulation with a high-turnup single polyester ply casing, two steel belts, and a spiral-wound jointless nylon cap ply for a cushiony ride. Where the rubber meets the road, there’s an asymmetric all-season tread pattern with an outboard shoulder that features larger tread blocks, and an inboard section with higher sipe density, and circumferential grooves to resist hydroplaning. Additionally, the CS5 Ultra Touring is protected by an up to a 70,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life depending on the tire’s speed rating.
