The Starfire WR is a high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles.

The tire promotes great all weather traction and road gripping ability. The asymmetric tread design and the all season tire compound boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The asymmetric design’s tread elements firmly grip the road surface throughout the year, while the tire compound keeps its flexible traction in all weather, including in winter temperatures. The tread design’s wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire’s footprint. The better all weather traction and hydroplaning resistance ensure a secure year round driving experience.

The model boosts its controllability by guaranteeing constant road contact. The optimal tire footprint increases the road-to-tire ratio and the tread’s continuous center rib maintains the tire’s road contact at all times. The larger contact area and constant road contact work together to improve the steering responsiveness and driving stability even at high speeds. The steering response time and accuracy are enhanced, while the tire’s structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The tread’s shoulder tread blocks, with the siping detail, manage to upgrade the braking capability.
