- 4-piece, compartmentalized breakdown is ideal for storage
- 2 snap buttons are placed in the blade pegs to allow for 4-piece disassembly; tight-fitting, 4-piece blades feel secure and similar to a 2-piece design
- Fiberglass-reinforced nylon blades are designed for forgiveness and just the right amount of flex, keeping the kayak moving efficiently even when you’re hauling extra gear
- Upgraded blade material is stronger and thicker than before, making the blades more durable with less flex
- Updated blade shape provides a smoother forward stroke with a stiffer feel, quieter entry and exit, and less chance for flutter
- Traditional “mid-sized” or slender blade design is preferred by low-angle paddlers whose forward stroke is more horizontal or relaxed in nature
