The Americus Powersteel AST is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

The tire’s controllability is improved. The ribbed tread design’s consistent road contact boosts the tire’s steering responsiveness and towing stability. It increases the towing vehicle’s control over the vehicle throughout the performance. These elements ensure a safe driving experience at all times.

The model is able to handle versatile weather conditions. The tire’s grip on dry, wet, and winter roads is boosted with better traction. The wide grooves prevent hydroplaning, by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint.
