OVERVIEW

The Omni Trail Capability STR is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This specific model is designed for RV trailers, utility trailers, and boat trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

The robust structure and the rubber compound increase the tire’s heavy-duty performance. The strengthened structure and the durable compound upgrade the load capacity. The structure does not allow the tire to deform under load and driving pressure, while the tread manages to evenly distribute driving pressure along the tread area. This promotes the tire to improve its overall load durability, which enhances the tire to securely carry and withstand larger loads. The result is a strong load capacity.

The tire offers great all season traction, optimizing its year-round performance. The ideal tread pattern and the all season compound enhance the tire’s dry, wet, and winter-weather grip. In this manner, the optimized tread design closely follows the road at all times, while the all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. Circumferential grooves effectively eliminate water and slush from the footprint, in order to resist hydroplaning.

The Omni Trail Capability STR offers excellent controllability. Maintaining road contact upgrades the tire’s steering responsiveness and towing stability throughout the performance. This results in a faster and more accurate steering response to the towing vehicle’s instructions while the structure is stabilized. It also helps to minimize the possibility of the trailer swaying. Better handling and maneuvering are guaranteed in this manner.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
