OVERVIEW

The Travelstar HF288 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

The model enhances the all season performance. The symmetric ribbed tread design and the all season compound improve the dry, wet and winter weather grip on the road surface. The compound manages to keep the rubber flexible in various temperatures, while the detailed tread design improves the grip on the road surface with additional biting edges. The circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from below the footprint, actively preventing hydroplaning, which further upgrades the wet and winter weather driving safety.

The tread design enhances the controllability. The symmetric ribbed tread design maintains the surface contact at all times, which improves the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In this manner, the tire upgrades the steering response time and accuracy to the towing vehicle’s instructions, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the model. The tread pattern, in this manner, allows the tire to boost the towing vehicle’s control over the trailer, promoting a safer towing capability.

The HF288 increases the load durability. The stronger steel belt structure maintains the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure.
