It features a 7-qt. stainless-steel tri-ply Dutch oven insert and precision controls plus a user-friendly LCD panel that makes it easy to select cooking modes, times and functions. The built-in probe ensures dishes always reach the ideal temperature while the smart meal timer helps you coordinate the completion time with your schedule. 6 cooking modes include manual, meal timer, program, rice, sauté/sear and sous vide. Manual mode offers low, medium or high heat for up to 24 hours. Meal timer mode adjusts heat automatically to ensure food is ready at specific time. Program mode allows 2 heat and time cycles or probe-based temperature cooking. Rice mode cooks 4-18 cups of white or brown rice to perfection. Sauté/sear mode provides low, medium or high heat from 200°F-450
