Patented Stratanium-Plus nonstick cooking surface will never peel, crack or break down. Textured surface sears, braises and deglazes with minimal cleanup. Extra-thick bases are pressure forged to ensure even heat distribution and eliminate hot spots. Tempered glass lids help lock in heat and moisture; fitted with stainless-steel rims and handles. 4 1/4-qt. sauté pan has helper handle that facilitates lifting and carrying.
