Emile Henry’s new collection of Dutch ovens is truly sublime, allowing you to create an extraordinary range of recipes with unparalleled ease. Each oven is handcrafted in France using a proprietary ceramic that can handle both the high heat of searing and frying, as well as the low simmer needed to create delicate sauces and custards. One-third lighter than traditional cast-iron Dutch ovens, it can be used on any cooktop surface and is beautifully finished with a chip- and scratch-resistant glaze to seamlessly transfer from oven to table. Burgundian clay construction promotes superior heat distribution. Can be used on any cooktop, as well as gas grills and induction range (with induction disc). Oven safe to 930°F. Microwavable and dishwasher safe. Made in France.
