The Tiger PAW AWP II has an optimized footprint shape that further resists uneven wear. The wide, circumferential grooves allow dynamic water flow through the contact patch to reduce potential hydroplaning, and lateral notches and in-block sipes provide the biting edges needed for grip in slick conditions.
The tires computer-phased design diminishes road noise for a quiet and comfortable ride, while the DuraShield Construction adds increased durability. To further provide considerable value, the tire features Uniroyal’s TrU Form Technology that evenly distributes force on the contact patch for long, even wear. The internal construction of the Tiger Paw AWP II consists of a single ply, polyester casing beneath two steel belts. The belts are reinforced by a single, nylon cap ply for enhanced durability and high-speed capability.
